Job summary

Ivy Health in New Jersey seeks a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead clinical operations and develop a new clinic footprint. The role offers ownership potential and a voice in location, team development, and patient experience, in partnership with Ivy Rehab.

Compensation includes a base range and eligibility for a director bonus plan, equity, and relocation assistance. Join a network with 400+ clinics and strong support in marketing, HR, IT and compliance.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic as Director and Equity Partner with a voice in location, culture and patient experience.
• Partner with Ivy Rehab to shape clinic operations and growth.
• Oversee marketing, HR, recruitment, legal compliance, IT and revenue cycle management support.
