You’ll mentor staff, build relationships, and create a collaborative environment where clinicians feel supported and patients receive exceptional care.

Qualifications

• DPT required from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of healthcare setting experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a clinic and shape its location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
• Become Equity Partner and influence clinic strategy.
• Mentor clinicians and foster a collaborative environment.
• Coordinate with Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and operations to support growth.
