Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program and current or eligible PT license in NJ.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience; outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Mentoring, leadership and strong communication skills mandatory.
• Desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations, mentor staff, and develop a positive team culture.
• Own patient experience and clinical quality as Equity Partner.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health on location, growth, and performance.
• Support marketing, HR, recruitment, and compliance as needed.
