Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) in New Jersey to lead a collaborative team and shape a growing clinic from the ground up.

You'll mentor staff, build relationships with patients and the community, and partner with a company that supports Marketing, HR, Legal, IT, and more to deliver exceptional care across PT, OT, speech, and ABA services.

Qualifications

• DPT degree and active Physical Therapist license in NJ required.
• At least 3 years of healthcare setting experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and supervise clinical staff.
• Mentor team, foster collaboration, and enhance patient experience.
• Partner with Ivy Health leadership to grow the clinic and community ties.
