We seek teachers who will plan daily lessons, analyze data, and foster an anti-racist, joyful classroom culture that supports all students.

Our team collaborates with Leadership including Instructional Coaches to drive student success, equity, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid teaching credential or eligibility for an internship permit or short-term staff permit.
• Hold a B.A./B.S degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Experience teaching students from diverse demographics similar to our community.

Responsibilities

• Daily lesson planning and long-term planning using curriculum and resources aligned with our academic vision.
• Analyze data regularly to identify student trends and inform instructional practices.
• Maintain a positive, warm, inclusive, rigorous classroom using Restorative Practices and SEL.
• Implement culturally responsive classroom management to support learning for all students.
• Communicate regularly with staff, students, families, and stakeholders to build partnerships.
• Attend weekly Professional Development and Communities of Practice to grow as an educator.
• Update student records including attendance, grades, and behavior data.
