Job summary

• Assist leadership with the annual Building Equity Action Plan.
• Participate in four full-day and three after-school equity meetings.
• Recruit and chair a school equity team.
• Plan and facilitate monthly equity team meetings.
• Provide school-wide equity professional development with county modules.
• Analyze school operations through an equity lens and communicate findings.
