Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institute of higher education.
• MSDE Professional licensure with Advanced Professional Certificate as Administrator I is required.
• At least ten years of relevant full-time professional experience with at least five years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports Senior Executive Director and Office of Equity in implementing the Equity Policy.
• Supports management of each team within the Office of Equity.
• Supervises Educational Specialists II - Equity and Program Manager - BMore Me.
• Provides staff training, development, and consultation across the district.
