Job summary

LSEG is seeking a Manager-level professional to spearhead equity capital markets engagements across the Americas from New York. You will build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, founders and institutional shareholders, and collaborate with advisory networks to access growth capital and liquidity in London.

You will also lead business development, manage junior staff, and promote responsible AI use, with extensive travel and a strong aptitude for public speaking.

Qualifications

• Experience in and proven relationships at corporate and founder/institutional shareholder level across the region.
• 5+ years in equity capital markets or corporate finance related business development or relationship management.
• Interest in capital markets and working in a market infrastructure environment.
• Proven success in relationship management or business development.
• Able to create rapport with senior executives across corporates/advisors.
• Ability to understand client business from commercial and strategic perspectives.
• Experienced public speaker for company directors, advisors and investors.
• Experience in managing and developing junior staff.
• Understanding of applying AI in an ethical, legal and commercial manner.
• Comfort using social media for content promotion and business development within policy.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Americas.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Spanish language skills are a key asset for the region.
