Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Global Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or related role.
• Prior exposure to equity products or structured transactions preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex financial analysis.
• Motivation, work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Series licensing required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, structuring, and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions (growth capital, structured equity, PIPEs).
• Assist in developing customized client solutions with senior bankers and structuring teams.
• Prepare marketing materials, transaction documentation, and internal approvals.
• Monitor market conditions to inform client advice and transaction execution.
