Job summary

LSEG seeks a Director to lead a seasoned team of index wealth sellers covering ETFs, mutual funds, SMA, and direct indexing solutions in New York. You will collaborate with the head of index wealth and cross-functional partners to accelerate education and asset-based revenue growth.

As a strong people leader, you will meet with clients beside product teams, elevate our brand with strategic alignment, and inspire change across the organization. Willingness to travel 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of sellers in financial products such as ETFs, mutual funds and direct indexing solutions.
• Proven ability to drive asset-based revenue growth and educate clients on index strategies.
• Strong people leadership with high engagement culture and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the head of index wealth and the broader LSEG organization to accelerate education and revenue growth.
• Lead client meetings with product teams to align on strategy and messaging.
• Partner with product and marketing to elevate brand and product alignment with strategic priorities.
• Inspire and develop the team, driving change and maintaining a positive vision.
• Proven track record in media and leading flagship events for ETFs; build relationships with senior decision makers.
