Leadenhall Search & Selection, working with a leading global advisory firm, is expanding its Private Equity Growth team across the US with opportunities at Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager levels.

The role involves delivering high-impact commercial strategy engagements, building data-driven insights, and working directly with investment teams and portfolio company leadership to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Strategy or management consulting experience.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience across pricing, monetisation, commercial due diligence, growth strategy or value creation.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading workstreams and managing teams, particularly at Manager and Senior Manager level.
• Private equity and portfolio company experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-impact commercial strategy engagements for private equity investors and portfolio companies.
• Developing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to accelerate growth and improve business performance.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to solve complex commercial challenges.
• Leading project workstreams, managing client relationships and developing junior team members, depending on seniority.
• Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the practice.
