• Master's degree in school counseling.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and evaluate a Comprehensive School Counseling Program aligned with CPS REACH Framework.
• Conduct annual needs assessments and data reviews to determine and prioritize student needs.
• Design and deliver a school counseling core curriculum in classroom, large group, and school-wide settings.
• Provide individual student planning activities to support diploma completion and postsecondary options.
• Provide indirect student support through referrals, partnerships, and advocacy.
• Coordinate system-wide counseling interventions and professional development.
