Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive school counseling program aligned with CPS REACH framework.
• Conduct annual needs assessments and data reviews to identify student needs and set program goals.
• Provide individual and small group counseling and coordinate classroom guidance activities.
• Support system-wide counseling services, professional development, and collaboration with families.
