CLEAResult, based in Washington, seeks a Market Outreach Specialist to oversee a statewide Trade Ally contractor network for a residential rebate program. This primarily field-focused role combines community work with home-office flexibility.

You will educate contractors, QA processes, inspections, and progress reporting to stakeholders. Strong communication, Salesforce proficiency, and energy-efficiency knowledge are important; bilingual is a plus.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience such as working with contractors and/or sales.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and other outreach tools.
• BPI certification (or equivalent) preferred.

Mansioni

• Onboard and manage a network of Trade Ally contractors for a statewide residential rebate program.
• Educate contractors and establish systems for quality assurance.
• Perform project inspections to ensure work meets program requirements.
• Maintain records for monitoring and reporting and hold contractors accountable.
• Develop outreach strategies to meet targets and report progress.
