• Flag assumptions in the plan and model the impact of HR decisions.
• Own the math behind every VP of HR promise made to a customer.
• Write briefs that turn vague goals into scoped projects with measurable outcomes.
• Make the renewal case before clients start shopping around.
• Pull field realities into planning discussions to keep forecasts grounded.
• Prepare board-ready presentations and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive initiatives through finance, legal, and operations gauntlets to completion.
