Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a field-based Specialty Sales Representative to drive brand awareness and product adoption across an assigned geography. You will provide compliant disease-state education to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders, while collaborating with internal teams for account planning and access dynamics.

The role requires 2+ years of field sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience; pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Experience supporting launches or growth initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory performance through focused territory and account plans.
• Deliver in-person and virtual, compliant product education; adapt messaging to customer needs.
• Build relationships with prescribers, influencers, and key stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption.
• Establish credibility through consistent follow-through and value-driven interactions.
• Identify opportunities to expand product use by understanding customer workflows.
• Learn payer/access dynamics; partner to support patient access and remove barriers.
• Demonstrate initiative and resilience in evolving/ambiguous situations.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and comply with policies, regulations, and training.
