The Bulow Group, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Insurance Producer in Tinley Park, IL to identify client risk profiles and grow a book of business through pre-qualified leads and a structured sales development program.

You will make high-volume outreach, manage end-to-end transactions, and collaborate with a dedicated manager to advance toward a Senior Producer role, with base salary and commissions and full benefits.

Formación

• No insurance knowledge required; strong work ethic.
• Willing to participate in a 2-year development program.
• Must be coachable and willing to work in office for best exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Make high‑volume cold calls daily to pre‑qualified prospects to schedule conversations.
• Own the transaction process from end‑to‑end and develop your book‑of‑business.
• Use strategic research methods to connect with clients and find opportunities to better support their insurance needs.
• Collaborated with team members to refine messaging and strategies for engagement.
• Engage weekly with manager to track progress and refine goals.
