Job summary

3Search is seeking an Operating Partner to translate AI opportunities into products, adoption and revenue across a portfolio of software businesses. You’ll work directly with portfolio CEOs, product leaders and engineering teams from discovery through to launch and commercial results.

You’ll identify customer problems where AI can create valuable new products, decide what to build, test the opportunity, and drive adoption while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Spot a worthwhile opportunity and turn it into a product.
• Make sound technical and commercial decisions.
• Build credibility with CEOs, customers and engineering teams.
• Stay close to execution while setting the wider direction.
• Founder experience, an exit or experience working across multiple businesses would be particularly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities within portfolio companies and translate them into products.
• Lead from customer discovery through to launch and measurable commercial results.
• Collaborate with portfolio CEOs, product leaders and engineers to deliver AI features and automated workflows.
• Set clear standards for quality, evaluation and reliability.
• Shape pricing, positioning and adoption strategies across multiple businesses.
• Share successful approaches across the portfolio.
