Job summary

QofAI, a consulting and engineering firm, is seeking a Partner-level leader to own senior relationships with private equity clients and to drive commercial outcomes across deals and portfolio companies.

You will shape engagements with deal partners and operating partners, set the AI value creation agenda, and ensure delivery of measurable EBITDA improvements, traveling as needed across client sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the senior relationship with deal partners and operating partners at our PE clients, and become the trusted advisor to portfolio company CEOs and their leadership teams.
• Set the AI value creation agenda for each account, from diligence and the first hundred days through hold-period execution and exit preparation.
• Lead the conversations that decide where AI actually moves EBITDA, what gets prioritized, and how the work gets sequenced.
• Win and grow accounts: new portfolio companies, new mandates, and new stakeholders.
