Job summary

Qualifications

• Training or experience with universal framework (Developmental Designs) or commitment to obtaining.
• Training in Non Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) or completion within 6 months of hire.
• Relevant experience in an educational setting with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support district-wide climate and culture system changes.
• Lead professional learning and job-embedded coaching for adults.
• Monitor schoolwide systems for consistency and equity.
• Coach administrators and staff on the Behavior Education Plan implementation.
• Support data-informed decision making to guide action planning.
