Job summary

Qualifications

Experience providing school social work services in diverse K–12 settings.
Ability to design and deliver professional learning and onboarding.
Strong knowledge of MTSS, student supports, and educational protections.
Ability to analyze disaggregated data to identify trends and improve practices.
Strong communication and collaboration across teams and partners.

Responsibilities

Provide consultation, guidance, and implementation support across assigned workstreams.
Design, evaluate, and facilitate professional learning and onboarding.
Coordinate with Legal Services to translate requirements into guidance.
Monitor implementation and recommend improvements to leaders.
Support social workers with complex decisions and cross-system collaboration.
Attend district functions and build partnerships.
