Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • One or more years managing programs and processes in an educational setting.
  • Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community.
  • Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical consultation and guidance to school teams onPositive School Culture, Trauma-Informed Practices, Restorative Practices, Equitable Behavior Supports, Discipline, and prevention programs.
  • Guides school leadership in building a culture of belonging and identifying impacting systems.
  • Educates and empowers school administration and staff through regular, data-driven conversations focused on improving discipline outcomes.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create sustainable systems and engages families and community members.
  • Assists in designing and facilitating professional development for school-based and central office staff.
