Job summary

PLATTSMOUTH COMMUNITY SCHOOLS is seeking an MTSS/Assessment Coordinator to support the district's MTSS framework and oversee the assessment system. The role focuses on data-based decision-making to improve student outcomes and aligns with district improvement plans.

The coordinator will work with administrators, school leaders, and teachers to ensure fidelity, provide professional learning, and monitor state and federal requirements, including the Reading Bill.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with district admins, school leaders, and teachers to implement MTSS.
• Monitor MTSS fidelity at sites using data to guide actions.
• Coach sites on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver training on assessment systems and data-driven decisions.
• Support district/school improvement planning and evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws including Reading Bill.
• Provide evaluative findings on curriculum and instruction effectiveness.
• Stay current on best practices through trainings and meetings.
