Job summary

KIPP Colorado Public Schools is hiring a Teacher who serves as the instructional leader of their classroom, crafting grade-level and culturally sustaining instruction aligned to our academic program. The 10-month role prepares students for college, career, and beyond, with emphasis on rigor, equity, and strong family engagement.

You will design standards-based lesson plans, monitor student progress, implement supports for IEPs/504 plans, and collaborate with grade-level teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Must meet ESSA criteria.
• At least 2 years teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop standards-based instructional plans, including unit plans and daily lesson plans.
• Plan rigorous lessons aligned with planning deadlines and internalize for delivery.
• Use data to drive instruction and adjust plans to meet student needs.
• Implement IEPs, 504 Plans, MTSS interventions with fidelity.
