Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of lead teaching experience required.
• Experience coaching and developing teachers required.
• Demonstrated academic results and good judgment around student safety required.
• Strong attendance and interpersonal skills with families and staff required.
• Experience leading professional development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support school leader in developing and implementing a system-wide instructional vision.
• Plan, prioritize, and monitor progress toward goals with teams.
• Help create an inclusive school culture and support students with diverse needs.
• Actively lead and participate in ongoing professional learning and performance feedback.
• Coach teachers to improve curriculum, pedagogy, and student outcomes.
• Support operations like arrival/dismissal and daily school routines.
• Collaborate with Special Educators to meet diverse learner needs.
