KIPP SoCal Public Schools in Los Angeles, CA, seeks an educator committed to student growth and equity to join our network of 24 public schools. You will deliver engaging instruction, build relationships with families, and contribute to a collaborative school culture.

Ideal candidates hold a teaching credential and are prepared to implement evidence-based practices that foster rigorous learning and a welcoming environment for all students.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Passing CBEST or basic skills equivalency requirement.
• Valid preliminary or CLEAR teaching credential preferred, strong preference.

Responsabilidades

• Teach the knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character, and inspire students to achieve goals.
• Value and draw upon students’ experiences and backgrounds.
• Utilize diverse instructional strategies to engage all students.
• Develop and administer assessments to measure growth and mastery.
• Analyze assessment results to inform instruction.
• Communicate professionally with teammates, parents, and community.
• Implement classroom management to create a nurturing, structured environment.
• Maintain high expectations for academic achievement and conduct.
