Jefferson County Diversity Equity Inclusion (EDI) Division is seeking an organized, dependable Administrative Assistant to support the EDI Director and the Division. This part-time role is designed to advance inclusion, accessibility, and belonging in public service.
The successful candidate will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, draft communications, and maintain project documentation using Monday.com and Microsoft 365.
This position is non-benefit eligible and must work no more than 130 hours per calendar month.
Jefferson County Diversity Equity Inclusion (EDI) Division is seeking an organized, dependable, and collaborative Diversity Equity Inclusion Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and project support to the Equity Diversity Inclusion Director (EDI) and Equity Diversity Inclusion (EDI) Division as a whole.
This is a part-time position designed for someone interested in building inclusion and equity in public service and supporting programs and initiatives that promote inclusion, equity, accessibility, and belonging. Previous professional experience in EDI work is not required.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable learning new tools and processes, and able to manage multiple assignments with support and direction from the EDI Director. The successful candidate will also have a passion for Diversity Equity Inclusion through lived or professional experience.
This position will work for up to 20 hours per week in a hybrid work environment.
Hiring Range: $18-$22 USD Hourly
Compensation will be determined based on education, experience and skills.

Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
A valid Colorado driver’s license is required for positions that drive on County Business in either a county or personal vehicle within 30-days of hire or beginning to serve as an intern or volunteer.
