The new division was created to comply with Federal law that requires case management be provided by an agency that is separate from the agency that provides direct care. The intent is to simplify access for individuals and families and create consistency with services provided across the state. This redesign has created a unique opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills to guide new and seasoned employees in navigating this transition while ensuring the services and needs of our clients and the community are met.

Human Services positions may follow either a 4-day/10-hour schedule or a 5-day workweek (Monday–Friday), depending on team and operational needs. This position is hybrid; however, regular in-person attendance is required during the initial training period.

Note: This position may require work outside of normal business hours as needed to meet operational demands and support the department’s responsibilities.

Compensation

Hiring Range: $24.56 - $30.70 USD Hourly

Compensation will be determined based on education, experience and skills.
