BMO in New York, NY is seeking an Equities Derivative Trade Desk Support Associate to provide desk support for pre- and post-execution events and to manage downstream data feeds for Structured Notes, Equities, OTC Equity and Interest Rate Derivatives.

The role involves collaborating with trading desks, governance over trade capture, and delivering analytics, reports, and training to stakeholders. 2–4 years of experience preferred, with a post-secondary degree and strong MS Office skills.

Formación

• Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge and understanding of the business unit’s key products and services, processes and controls.
• Familiar with risk and regulatory requirements of the business.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide desk support for pre- and post-execution events for trading desks.
• Coordinate and maintain downstream data feeds and governance for trade capture.
• Develop and implement tools and training to improve processes.
• Respond to inquiries from internal partners and external customers.
• Participate in change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Support vendor interactions, training, and documentation as needed.
