Job summary

Evercore's Human Capital Group in New York is seeking an Analyst, Equity & Deferred Compensation to join the compensation team. You will administer and ensure accurate, compliant management of RSUs, deferred cash awards, and related plans, reporting to the VP and collaborating across Finance, Legal, Tax, and Payroll.

In this role you will handle data entry and analysis across Fidelity Stock Plan Services, EWM Global, and Workday; maintain SOX controls; contribute to monthly reports, board

Qualifications

• Experience in equity and deferred compensation programs.
• Familiarity with proxy, Board, SEC reporting.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with data systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer equity and deferred compensation programs, including RSUs and deferred awards.
• Enter, review, and analyze data using Fidelity Stock Plan Services, EWM Global, and Workday.
• Manage SOX/audit controls, monthly reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory deliverables.
• Review offer letters and calculations for deferred compensation.
• Draft and distribute deferred compensation award agreements with Legal.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Payroll on projects.
• Prepare SEC filings (Form 3, 4 & 5).
• Serve as point of contact for employee equity questions.
• Improve participant experience with communications and educational materials.
