Job summary

Evercore is seeking an Analyst in Equity & Deferred Compensation to support the Human Capital Group’s Compensation team. The role handles administration of equity and deferred programs, data integrity, and regulatory reporting. You will interact with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Payroll on cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities include processing awards, drafting award agreements, and improving communications for employees. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with AI tools are valued.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in equity compensation, deferred compensation, or related field.
• Experience with systems, reporting tools and emerging technology.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of presenting to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Administer equity and deferred compensation programs (RSUs, deferred cash) and related events.
• Enter, maintain, and analyze deferred comp data using Fidelity, EWM Global, and Workday.
• Own processes, controls, and reporting including SOX, board materials, and regulatory deliverables.
