Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Financial Reporting professional to support SPS clients with their equity compensation reporting needs. You will train client contacts on PSW, develop dashboards, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with SPS teams across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in accounting/finance or stock plan admin, strong Excel/Access skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Onsite role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of Accounting/Finance and/or Stock Plan Administration experience.
• Excel and Access skills required.
• CEP level 1 encouraged.
• Strong multi-tasking, quick thinking and ownership mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for SPS' financial reporting to a defined client base.
• Train client contacts to use Plan Sponsor Workstation (PSW) and related reporting tools.
• Assist with end-to-end reporting from data capture to delivery during monthly/quarterly cycles.
• Coordinate with SPS Operations and Account Management to deliver full-service stock plan administration.
• Support testing efforts coordinated by the SPS Product Development team.
