Job summary

Schwab is seeking a Product Owner to lead EquiView financial reporting enhancements for corporate SPS clients. You will partner with Product, Technology, Reporting, Risk/Compliance, and Client Services to deliver high-impact, scalable capabilities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on equity compensation reporting experience (ASC 718/IFRS 2) and can translate complex accounting needs into actionable product features. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent leadership roles.
• Experience with equity compensation, stock plan administration, or related reporting products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across data, process, and technology.
• Proven track record of delivering roadmaps and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborative, cross-functional team orientation with clear communication.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for EquiView initiatives including financial reporting enhancements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, reporting, and client services in Agile settings.
• Define acceptance criteria, resolve complex issues, and support client readiness post-launch.
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap with regulatory awareness and stakeholder insights.
• Define success measures and ensure documentation, supportability, and risk reduction.
