Fidelity is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager for Stock Plan Services in Covington, KY. You will support public company clients with financial reporting, implement reporting processes, and develop dashboards.

You’ll train clients on Plan Sponsor Workstation features and manage ad-hoc reporting requests. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 3-5 years in accounting/finance or stock plan administration, strong Excel/Access skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of Accounting/Finance or Stock Plan Administration experience.
• Excel and Access skills required.
• CEP Level 1 encouraged as a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s primary support for SPS’ financial reporting offering.
• Process and report client financial data according to reporting schedules.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and ad-hoc reports.
• Train client contacts to use PSW and SPS reporting tools.
• Collaborate with SPS Operations and Client Service Managers on delivery and improvements.
