Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. seeks a Financial Reporting professional to serve SPS clients with end-to-end reporting support. You will train clients on PSW, manage data, and help transition reporting from legacy providers to Fidelity systems.

You will collaborate with SPS Product Development and Operations, ensuring accurate delivery during peak cycles and providing thorough reporting modifications as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Accounting/Finance or stock plan administration experience.
• Excel and Access skills required.
• CEP level 1 encouraged.
• Strong multitasking and quick-thinking abilities.
• Positive, proactive team player with cross-group collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support SPS financial reporting for a defined client base.
• Process and report client financial data per reporting schedules.
• Train clients on PSW functions and customized dashboards.
• Participate in transitioning client data from legacy providers to Fidelity SPS.
• Assist with testing efforts for SPS financial team.
• Ensure accurate reporting during peak monthly/quarterly cycles.
• Collaborate with SPS Operations and Client Service Managers on full-service stock plan administration.
• Support product and technology partners on major enhancements.
