NBT Bank is hiring for a role focused on daily closing and funding operations. You will prepare loans for closing, coordinate with closing agents, generate and validate documents, and ensure timely funding while maintaining quality in imaging systems.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in banking or professional settings, with knowledge of mortgage and real estate products, strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. You will join a team that values accuracy and service.

Qualificações

• 2 years of banking or lending experience preferred.
• 2 years in a professional work environment required, preferably within a bank, financial institution, or law office.
• Strong knowledge of consumer, real estate or mortgage products and workflows preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Engage closing agents to expedite scheduling of closings and meet service levels.
• Perform post-closing document review to ensure completeness before funding.
• Quality control and QA reviews on all closed loans prior to upload and storage.
• Proactively manage a pipeline of missing or incomplete documents and follow up with agents.
• Answer internal and external inquiries with professional communication and excellent customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
