Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in case intake/management, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; experience handling sensitive information.
• Experience handling case intake/management in complex systems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake for reports involving discrimination or harassment at a university.
• Provide trauma-informed consultations and explain relevant policies.
• Manage a large caseload in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Transition cases to appropriate internal or external pathways as needed.
• Provide referrals to confidential resources and coordinate with partners.
• Apply federal/state civil rights laws and university policies in case reviews.
• Maintain privacy and handle sensitive information in compliance with laws.
