Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking an Equipment Yard Coordinator to join our Operations team. You will help maintain an organized outdoor yard, ensure equipment is clean and inspection-ready, and assist with loading/unloading ensuring safety is a top priority.

The role is entry-level with promotability, and you will receive equipment training while enjoying benefits such as insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or 21 with clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Above average communication skills including 2-way radios, phones, and email.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment yard organization and flow.
• Clean returned equipment and prep for rental-readiness.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment safely with safety as a top priority.
• Inspect equipment for defects and determine rent-ready safety.
