Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking an Equipment Yard Coordinator to support our Operations team. You will maintain yard organization, inspect equipment, and assist with loading, unloading, and preparing equipment for rental readiness.

This entry-level role offers training and growth opportunities. You will work primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, using radios and phones to communicate and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Eligible to obtain a DOT Medical Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment yard organization and flow.
• Clean returned equipment and assist with preparing equipment to rental-ready status.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment with safety as a priority.
• Assist in inspecting equipment for defects/damages and ensure safety of rent-ready equipment.
