You will help with loading/unloading equipment, follow safety protocols, and read/obey written instructions. This entry-level position offers training, benefits, and PTO, with potential for promotability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ (or 21+ for driving locations)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must obtain DOT Medical Certification
• Strong organization and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment yard organization and flow
• Clean returned equipment and prepare equipment to rental-ready status
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment with safety priority
• Inspect equipment for defects/damages and assess safety for rent-readiness
