Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking an Equipment Yard Coordinator to join the Operations team. The role focuses on keeping the yard organized, cleaning and preparing equipment for rental, and assisting with loading, unloading, and inspections to ensure safety and readiness.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organization skills and the ability to self-motivate.
• Excellent communication skills for radios, phones and email.
• Must be able to read and follow instructions.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment yard organization and flow.
• Clean returned equipment and prepare for rental-ready status.
• Assist with loading/unloading of equipment with safety as a priority.
• Inspect equipment for defects/damages and assess safety for rent-readiness.
