Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking an Equipment Yard Coordinator to join our Operations team. You will help maintain an organized yard, ensure equipment is clean and ready for rental, and assist in safe loading/unloading of gear across outdoor environments.

The role requires performing inspections for defects and safety and supporting the readiness of equipment for rental. This entry-level position offers promotability and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and follow instructions.
• Minimum 18 years of age (21 with clean driving record) for driving locations.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment yard organization and flow.
• Clean returned equipment and assist with preparing returning equipment to rental-ready status.
• Assist with loading and unloading of equipment with safety as a top priority.
• Assist in inspecting equipment for defects/damages and determining safety of equipment being rent-ready.
