Job summary

United Ag & Turf NE is seeking a Rental Yard Attendant to support daily branch operations by managing the inbound and outbound flow of rental equipment. Responsibilities include loading and unloading machinery, maintaining yard organization, and overseeing equipment check-in and check-out procedures.

This role also helps the shop team with pressure washing and basic maintenance under supervision, reviews orders, ensures safety, and aids colleagues across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with construction equipment preferred.
• Experience at equipment rental yard preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal drivers, external haulers, and customers with safe and efficient loading and unloading of rental equipment.
• Ensure accuracy of delivery tickets and returned equipment documentation.
• Wash, organize, and perform basic upkeep on rental equipment and other rental assets.
• Review rental orders and stage equipment for timely pickup and delivery by drivers.
• Conduct routine checks to confirm rental equipment is safe, functional, and ready for use.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free yard and work area.
• Support fellow team members across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
