United Ag & Turf NE is seeking a Rental Coordinator to be the go-to rental expert and trusted advisor for customers at the branch. You will handle quotes, reservations, and contracts, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely delivery, while delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.

The role emphasizes strong relationship-building, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with service, sales, and logistics teams to meet customer needs and drive branch success.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in customer service, support, or client-facing role.
• Proven ability to resolve customer complaints.
• Proficiency with CRM software and dealership systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage rental quotes, reservations, and contracts with precision and professionalism; invoicing, recurring monthly billing, freight recovery and damage recovery.
• Assist walk-in and call-in customers and create or maintain new accounts when necessary.
• Negotiate rental and transportation pricing within company guidelines.
• Dispatch delivery trucks or coordinate with third-party transport to manage delivery timelines.
• Function as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback related to rental equipment and services.
• Educate customers on rental policies, terms, and equipment best practices.
