Fabick Cat in Appleton, WI seeks a Yard Coordinator to oversee inventory flow and asset handling across the campus. You will manage inbound and outbound equipment, verify serials, hours, attachments, and ensure Fabick quality standards before items leave the yard.

The role requires 3+ years in heavy machinery shipping/receiving, strong customer service, and the ability to work with limited supervision. You’ll barcode items, support inventory audits, and keep the yard clean and organized while

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience operating heavy machinery, and shipping/receiving.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to move equipment.
• Ability to manage time with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate shipping of equipment (new, used, rental, demo).
• Create INSPCT templates for loss mitigation.
• Receive equipment and attach barcodes.
• Generate receiver for new/used machines to Sales.
• Assist in presenting equipment to customers.
• Investigate shipping/receiving discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and administrative policies.
• Verify contents against manifests and invoices.
• Photograph equipment, verify serials, hours, attachments, and damage.
• Conduct monthly inventory and barcode all items.
• Reconcile inventory reports and report disparities.
• Keep yard organized and clean.
• Other duties as assigned.
