Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Field Service Technician to support equipment setup, testing, commissioning and repairs across energy-related systems.

You will load programs, test functionality, troubleshoot live electrical and mechanical setups, read schematics and P&IDs, and document work in the service management system while following safety policies. The role requires hands-on training of junior technicians, adherence to health, safety and environmental standards, and proactive diagnostics

Qualifications

• Electrical, mechanical and programming knowledge is required.
• Experience with engines and related components.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Willingness to learn and accelerate at new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality through various test procedures.
• Load computer programs to equipment and test functionality.
• Advanced troubleshooting and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and computer systems.
• Load test gensets and other equipment.
• Escalate unresolved issues to supervisor or OEM.
• Assist with preventative maintenance per documented schedules.
