Job summary

Premier Power Maintenance, LLC seeks a hands-on Field Service Technician to test, maintain, repair, and commission electrical power equipment at customer sites. You will work with experienced technicians on power transmission and distribution systems, performing mechanical and electrical tasks and reading schematics.

Travel, overtime, and on‑call rotations are part of the job. Applicants should have a strong mechanical aptitude, basic electrical knowledge, and a willingness to learn industry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology or related training is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in electrical systems.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules as project needs require.
• Doble DTAF and PowerDB experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with testing, maintenance, commissioning, and repair of electrical equipment
• Support mechanical and electrical work on power transmission and distribution systems
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals, and technical documents
• Help troubleshoot equipment issues and identify corrective actions
• Participate in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair projects
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and service vehicles in clean and organized condition
• Record test data and assist with technical documentation and reporting
• Learn industry testing procedures and best practices through hands‑on training
