Job summary

Imperial Brady in Atlanta is seeking an Equipment Technician to service and repair commercial housekeeping equipment. You will join a dynamic team and help grow the business by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate service records.

The role requires electrical and mechanical experience, a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, and prior service or maintenance background. You will work Mon-Fri 8:00 am–5:00 pm with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed.
• Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory.
• Properly demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge.
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.

Your hours will be from Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some overtime.
