Job summary

Imperial Dade is seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team in the United States. You will service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a pay rate of $24.00/hr. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, and prior service/repair experience with electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Electrical and mechanical experience.
• Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed.
• Purchase parts and supplies, and track inventory.
• Properly demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge.
• Follows safety and housekeeping procedures.
