Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking an Equipment Technician in Atlanta to service and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, including carpet extractors and floor scrubbers. You will build strong relationships with accounts and maintain service records from Monday to Friday, with some overtime.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, and prior repair/maintenance experience, including electrical and mechanical know-how.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed.
• Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory.
• Properly demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge.
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.

The Equipment Technician maintains and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers.

Your hours will be from Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some overtime.

You Will
